The Penny Crusade
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
Old Landmark is seeking your prayers as well as your contributions to help us carry our our God Ordained mission of spreading the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ
As many of you already know, Old Landmark operates in all of its endeavors with the concept that the “least among us shall be the greatest, and the greatest among us shall be the least.”
Our Church thus began our fund drive with a single penny donation, setting our initial goal at raising one million pennies. We are asking your prayers and your donation to help us in our one million penny drive, even if it is a single penny. In fact regardless of what God blesses you to donate, it will be counted in pennies until we reach our initial goal of one million pennies. For example:
A dollar donation will represent 100 pennies
A five dollar donation will represent 500 pennies
A ten dollar donation will represent 1000 pennies
And so on.
Every penny donated will be used to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. Spreading the Gospel includes helping the poor and needy among us, visiting the sick, those in prisons and helping the homeless. This ministry is not about worldly prosperity, and our them and rally cry is “Let us all go back to the Old Landmark”, meaning back to the pure worship of God through Jesus Christ and the saving of souls. Your contribution to this ministry is tax deductible.
Regardless of what you sent to support this Ministry, every penny will be used to support the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. Spreading the Gospel includes helping the poor and needy among us, visiting the sick and those in prison and helping the homeless and afflicted.
Remember this Ministry is not about gaining worldly or material prosperity, and those who serve, serve without salary to simply build the Kingdom of God for a seat in that Kingdom for all who are willing to do God’s True Will through Jesus Christ. May God Bless you to give. Amen
